I am having trouble with the lockpick at the shed. I have the walkthrough, but the instructions are very confusing. I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!
Michelle

Hi Michelle,

If you're looking at MaG's walkthrough, MaG shows two slightly different ways of picking the lock. The lock-picking is in two stages. The first stage is on the left, the second stage is on the right. An alternative solution is directly underneath those first two screenshots.

Try both ways and see which is easier for you. luck

OK Grrrr, it seems my mouse is too sensitive or something. I can get one pick in place and then when I do the other it flies all over and falls out. so frustrating. I may give up. Also I had to turn my graphics WAY down because the game is soooo slow. I know my laptop isn;t the highest end, but I have never had problems before. Maybe a saved game? I dunno. sorry to be grumpy lol its Monday morning and I just wanna play my game , pouts. Thanks
Michelle

I am stuck "in front of the castle" and I can't Pick the lock of the shed door.
I saw the walkthrough but I still can't do it.
Can you please send me a saved game as well?
I would be grateful.
Thank you. Antigoni.

Hi MaG.
Thank you so much for your help. I renumbered the files as you said and there it was.
The lock is picked and everything is in my inventory. You also got me in the right track because some of the choises I've made earlier wouldn't get me the good ending.
What would I do without you?
Thanks again. Antigoni.

Although this is a very old post, I really hope you have some good archived files MaG because I could really use this save myself. I've been trying to pick this lock and keep getting the message that she's got it and then she cusses the lock picks.

Hopefully optimistic.

Wow! That is fast. That was perfect MaG and thank you so much. Where would us gamers be without you?

I have my saves spread out in several machines and sometimes I can't find them - so I usually resort to my mails to see if I sent them out to someone else. lol
