Place the Chips of words on the dashes, one letter per dash, to discover a saying.
When a word contains an even number of letters, it is split in half to form 2 Chips.
If it contains an odd number of letters, the extra letter is added to the second Chip.
For example..EVEN would be split EV EN and ODD would be split O DD.
