Not so far as I'm aware - IIRC Microsoft expects you to manage these with seperate User Accounts.

There are 3rd party products that can password protect programs however (never used em though) -

Thank you InlandAZ, I am really the only user of the computer that has the Windows Mail I would like to block. Occasionally other people can have a access to it and I want to avoid them checking the emails.

I can try one of the programs mentioned above. I don't really need something very secure.
