Pa: Ma, whatcha doing over by the window?

Ma: I'm trying to figure out why so many people are stopping to take a picture of our house.

Pa: Well, I did finally get around to replacing those missing roof tiles.

Ma: So what - no one else but us would know it took ya three years to do it.

Pa: Wait a minute...it says here in the paper that the Hollywood tours now include a special attraction feature. Well I'll be - there's a picture of the front of our house!

Ma: HA! It must be that purty sign of our last name that we got from the flea market last month. You thought 50 cents was too much but I knew it would add value to the place.

Yeah Lady, this is the drive up window. You want fries with that?

"Although we are remodeling our dining area, we do still have the drive up open."

A truly excellent set of squiggles (Macdonald's lawyers are laughing themselves silly as I type).

Two entries must get an honourable mention - soot's wonderful takeoff of big-business-speak, and Demosthenes' fitting of the nursery rhyme to the picture, but the winner ('cos it was so off-the-wall and made me laugh out loud when I read it) was......
