Slides/Sliders/Block Puzzles/etc Terminology?

I get confused with the terminology of each of these.

1) a 4 square w/one piece missing
{I reek @ this one}

2) a 4 square where no pieces are missing
and you click/swap any pieces

3) a 4 square where no pieces are missing
and you click/swap adjacent pieces

4) a square where you rotate blocks of 4 pieces

5) a square where you slide rectangular objects
to extract only one

6) a tanagram {I've got that one}

7) the puzzle @ the end of DS COM: Crimes of Passion
{w/o help from Cynder, I'd have never made it!}

Are there any I've left out?

Thanks for your prompt response, Ana. wave
However I may have used the wrong wording? duh
Was hoping for a proper term/name for the
different types of puzzles I had listed,
and any similar ones I may have missed.
I often have problems solving them,
and would like to know what to call them to gain assistance.

Would someone from the Puzzle Garden forum be able to answer this? (Sorry, you've flummoxed me!)

I don't think there is any agreed on terminology for those puzzles, but

I'd call that one a 4x4 slider.

I'd call it a tile swapping puzzle.

I'd call that a rotator puzzle.

That type of puzzle -- the one with the different size/shape sliding blocks -- seems to sometimes be called "Move It" or "MoveIt."
*** "Move It" -- one of the AI Factory Puzzles ***
*** "MoveIt" -- part of SK Puzzles Pack at Handango ***
