I searched past threads but no one mentions having this glitch. The board keeps freezing and pieces fly off the side. I finally completed it by bringing up task manager and ending it MANY times. Then I could get in a couple pieces before it froze again. My sister is having the same problem now. We both have the updated version. Does anyone have any tips to get by this puzzle?

Have you asked BF support? It sounds like a conflict maybe with your computer. They can likely help you.

A lot of people on the BF forums have had the same problem and have not found a solution. The update did not fix it. BF does not have an answer except the update. I was hoping someone had found a way to get through. I have heard about the fancy curser, and not putting pieces on the side.
