i don't understand the lock pick puzzle at Fango office. i got the pins to touch the bottom but that wasnot right. can someone send me a save to get by ths puzzle. thanks

The pins shouldn't touch the bottom - see the screenshot below:



You'll see that the pins are half grey, half brown. The halfway mark should align with the horizontal line (the gap between wood panels), as shown in the shot.

i cant get the mosaic puzzle. i got #1 but cant get 2 3 and 4. i printed the pages out but i cant see the page well enough to see what colors are correct. i been working all day on this. please send me a saved game to get by this god forsaken puzzle. thanks

The save is directly after escaping the water well, so you should be in the "safe place" per MaG's walkthrough. Turn around, see if there's a ladder near you, see if you can find the flashlight - or check inventory in case it's already been picked up.

now i cant save myself. i am locked in the room where the treasure is, i cant get to the 3rd wheel help please send save. thanks
