Good Morning

I am really liking this game. You cannot turn off the custom cursor, in this game that is OK because it is working just fine for me. The cut scenes are a little murky as some have said over on Big Fish. The playing area is very clear on my computer. The lighting that flashes about in the house does stop when you reach the next area. I am only 20 minutes into the demo, so far I am enjoying the game. I think there are 12 Chapters.

Kate... how did you get the door handle? It's in a spot where I can't click on it. If I do it takes me upstairs.
Click to reveal..
It's located on the stair railing
there is no way I can click on it as my cursor turns to feet and I go upstairs.

When I go upstairs it tells me to find the cellar door handle... I know where it is I just can't click it.... when I click on the door handle it takes me upstairs. How can I get the door handle if when I click it I go upstairs... and when upstairs it tells me to find the door handle.

OK thanks... I got it. I was waiting for something to sparkle... figured there was nothing to do there.... I'm not in wonderland. LOL what i thought was a door handle... wasn't/ Thanks.

I'm hoping this isn't another game my XP won't run. I'm stuck in the basement and the blog says to click to trigger a task. I'm clicking all over and nothing happens. Can't get to the spot where I'm suposed to collect the lamp pieces. Anyone have a more concise spot to click for that task in the basement?

Sorta Blonde

Runs on my XP fine. Have you checked the blog walk through over on Big Fish. I did finish the game and I really liked it. Sorry I can't help, seems after I play I can't remember unless something stands out (in Dire Grove, using the hammer on the lambs head; people who bought the regular version and was beating that poor lamb to death). BTW for me Alice in Wonderland was not that short.

Thanks Kate Anne, I did read the blog and walkthrough hints. It says to click on the top of the screen in the cellar to trigger a task, but I can't find the right spot to click. It's very discouraging as it looks like a fun game.

Ok, maybe I'm a dummy but I can't get into the front door in the beginning of the game! I have a key which I found in one of the hanging pots. Is this the right key or is there another one? woozy

Is there a trick to where the key is placed on the door? It won't open! Is this some kind of glitch?

I finished this game so I restarted to check.

When you click on the key in the planter - it goes to the inventory frame at bottom of screen.
You get the item from there and then use it.
So take the key from inventory bar and click it on door. Have fun.

It doesn't work! I even tried a new profile to restart the game.

I'm not having any luck either on getting the cellar to trigger the moves that will allow me to get the lantern. Oh well. Followed all the blogs and info and still stuck. I think it's just a game that doesn't like my computer. Too bad, cause it was fun while it lasted.

Hi PennyLane and Sorta Blonde

Those two tasks that you cannot accomplish are glitches in the game that some players are experiencing. Your best bet is to contact customer support or wait for a new version to be released that solves these issues.

Some people have gotten past it by re-downloading or starting a new profile. So try doing that before you contact customer support.

Take care,

Margie
