I'm having trouble with Tex Murphy Pandora Directive, I can open the bin file that I downloaded for the game. Any suggestions on what I can do to resolve this and install the game would be helpful. thanks,

You most likely haven't downloaded all of the files. Follow Jenny's advice at the bottom of the thread below:
