I need help. I purchased Tex Murphy Detective -Pandora from GOG. What I down loaded was a file called "setup_pandora_directove-1.bin.

I can't open the file. I have had no answer to my e-mail to GOG> Any Suggestions?

If I had to guess I'd say you have more files to download (the game had several CD’s). There are probably several .bin files, and one .exe (executable).

Check GOG's download page again, there's no limit to the number of times you can re-download a game.

You need Setup_pandora_directive, also setup_bin file 1 and Setup bin file 2. I used their downloader as I have a slow internet, I could pause and restart. After all downloaded all I had to do to install was click on the Setup_pandora-directive and everythibg was done for me. This is about three gigs.

The Pandora Directive files you download from GOG to install the game are:

setup_pandora_directive.exe
setup_pandora_directive-1.bin
setup_pandora_directive-2.bin

You need all three files.

where do I find the first 2 files. I click on the icon.....i click on the download box and then all i get is the -2.bin file

When you log in at GOG and go to "My Account," you should see your "bookshelf" with your games on it. Click the picture of the game and you should see something like this:



Those 3 downloads listed under "game:" are what you need to download.
