Watson will shake Sherlock Holmes by the shoulders as Holmes takes his last breath and say something like "Holmes you can't die think of all the games we have not sold yet!"

Holmes does have a brother (not twin) named Mycroft, who is actually smarter than Holmes - but who is also lazy and prefers to spend his days in his mens' club rather than do anything productive. He appears in a couple of Doyle's stories.
