Aw, a shame that you didn't enjoy it. It's one of those games that really needs to be played when one is in a chilled, laidback mood, so all the dialogue can wash over you/sink in and it doesn't really matter how long it takes to get there. I'm replaying it right now, as a matter of fact, and am deliberately employing this tactic.
But! - I do wish there was a map feature so that Peter could jump from place to place without all that confounded running and Satcar hoohah. I'm with you there.
Did you still manage to finish the game?
It was the story that gripped me. I empathised with both Peter and Debbie, and wanted to see how things turned out for them. I loved exploring all the different locations.
