Fire, Brimstone and Dragon Scales quest.

I am in front of the wooden fence, there are people inside and outside. I am supposed to open the door of the kennels but I don't see any door to open and cannot speak to anyone.

After pressing repeatedly the action key in several places by the fence, even when there was not hot spot for that, a door opened.
