i need to investigate the west wingat Spencer Mansion how do i get there. the w/t says to jump but it isnot on the mI figured it out no help needed

You'll need to trigger a dialogue for the West Wing to appear as a jumpspot on the map. It isn't possible to get there any other way.

Did you manage to open the locket yet?

After the locket is open you'll need to speak with Lily about the entrance to the mansion. If you've already spoken with her -- try again to see if you can get new dialogue.

Hopefully that will do the trick.
