hi - i am right at the beginning of this game and the wt says to "take the rope on the boat left of claire". i just left the copier and i got the tools and will get the toner from antoine. but, i can't find the rope. does anyone have an idea for me ??? thanks diver

Try clicking on the question mark icon at bottom right of your screen, see if that shows up the hotspot for the rope. If not, perhaps return to Claire's area a little later on and see if it's active then. I wouldn't worry too much about it until you actually need a rope.

so sorry rushes. i did need the rope later, to draw water from well and found that i had already gotten the rope off the boat, since it was so early in game, i went back and replayed to see how i had done that. i had not played the game in a long time and i guess i just forgot getting the rope. anyway, i had the rope and feel rather silly for saying that i didn't. thanks, diver
