No exceptions, I take it. We may be seeing Black Mirror 2 soon in stores like Best Buy. We still can't get confirmation, but once it shows up in stores we'll post about it.

Actually $30.00 isn't all that bad of a deal. I save all my game boxes with the receipts, it's fun to take them out and replay them after 10 (or more) years have past.

I’ve got more than a few receipts in excess of $50.00 from Egg Head, Computer City and CompUSA. All of which are sadly gone now.

I just skimmed through my game boxes, and I paid $64.99 Cdn. plus tax for GK3 and thought it was worth every penny. Now most games are $19.99, although I did pay just over $30 to download BM3. If this was 1999, I'd be patting myself on the back for getting such a bargain !

I used to buy all of my computer games from either Electronics Boutique or Compusmart and, until they shrunk the size of the boxes and prices dropped to $29.99 Cdn., they were usually in excess of $60 Cdn. Now most games are $19.99 Cdn. Those boxes must have cost a fortune to produce !

Here in Calgary most of the PC games are still $40. There is always the odd exception though.

Wow, I wonder why PC games are so expensive in Calgary compared to Toronto. If you order them from amazon.ca, it will only cost you $19.99 plus shipping and taxes. If I can't find a specific game on any Canadian websites, I order from Dave at Interact and, even with the exchange rate, it usually works out to be cheaper because the exchange rate is less than the 13% tax we pay here in Ontario (we have provincial sales tax of 8% whereas you just have the GST).
