There has been no update to the web site of this game since March 2011, does any one know if this game is to be released at any time in the future?

There were new screenshots published on their website Feb 2012 here.

On FaceBook they announced on June 15th that the release date will be announced soon.

They are beta-testing the english version Lexxy, so I guess we are quite near to the release wave
