Sylvari Lore Interview with Ree Soesbee & Kristen Perry

Sylvari race sees the light - original article is in Swedish. There are some problems with the Goggle English translation: most important: "no friction betwen sylvari and charr" should read "some fiction between sylvari and charr". The sylvari in fact do not approve of the charr's cutting down forests without planting new trees. The sylvari ranger pet mentioned is "Thorn Mastiff" just as the sylvari are planet people its a plant dog.

Apparently sylvari characters will actually start out in the Dream as their tutorial section then pop out of the pod hanginf from the Pale Tree to enter the game proper. I was hoping I'd get to see my sylvari's actual birth.

Awwww, a plant dog. I want one!

Friday entry added to earlier post. Some people will insist on arguing that the Nightmare Court isn't really evil even though it says they are right in the blog.

Oh the big announcement coming from NCSoft the 17th is apparently not about about Guild Wars 2 as one of the Arenanet spokesman said there won't be any major news about Guild Wars 2 at Gamescom.

Well, that will leave a lot of disappointed folks, I think.

Although the blog talks about sylvari love and romance people in forums keep arguing about sylvari sex I just keep pointing out that Arenanet wants a Teen rating at most, not Mature or Adult.
