Hi all - I have a different issue with BMT
I placed the order on-line Thursday evening - waited about 5 hours for them to get back to me. They sent me an email with my order confirmation today, 9/23.
When I got home from work, I tried to download the software per their links. I got a page saying the Password Is Blocked !! In their email - I was advised I have until October 23rd to download the software !! Are they looking at the correct calendar ??? !!!
Oh - their 800 # loops you around a bit but HEY it's Friday about 7:30 pm - I am not going to get anywhere til Monday anyway!!!!
My first and last experience with these folks !!
