Maybe someone can help. I bought the game on disc from BMT Micro. I install it but can't get the game to start. I'm using Windows 7 and even tried to go to compatibility and try under XP. The help site gives no spot to e-mail. Any ideas?

Make sure your computer meets the requirements for the game. According to the specs posted ***here***, you need a widescreen monitor. If you don't have one, you may have to tweak your monitor settings as described in ***this AG thread***.

Besides Compatibility mode, you could try right-clicking the shortcut and choosing to "Run As Administrator."

Not sure if it helps, but I had the same problem with the demo, and the main problem for me was that the Start/load/save icons were all at the very bottom of the screen and not visible.
I found that a way to get round it was to click and drag down the tray along the bottom of the screen in order to expose the icons.
