Go up the third floor and go to the end of the hallway.
You will see a big table at center between 2 doors.
The right door has a small table beside it.
The arm is on that table.

Thanks MaG, I could see it from afar but when I zoomed in on the door it disappeared, but once you confirmed it was there I looked from the distance and got the eye. urock

Did you go through the kitchen, and then into the pantry area, and right the way around to the end of it?

Here's what MaG said on an older thread:

Best to replay the part inside room 102.
Be sure to read and then click on the paper by the pillow.
Take a photo of the letter and talk to Kelly completely.

Hear the cough.

Continue from there to the storeroom behind the kitchen. From there go forward to another room/hallway and end up in the last store room where Kirsty should be.

See if that does the trick. luck
