Are you asking whether you can install it?
Or are you asking whether the controls are the same?

i am following the dos box fag but steve use dos box 0.72, i had to install dos box 0.74. do the controls work the same.

I don't think Metzo has updated his write-up (which is very good) in awhile. You should be able to use them identically.

it is not working i have document and setting/owner than what do i put and after that.

Try D-Fend Reloaded which incorporates Dosbox-74. It is much easier to use.

Install DOSBox 7.4.
Then install D-Fend Reloaded.
