Hello everyone.

Sorry I haven't been in earlier today. I had breakfast and went to town to do some stuff, and when I got back home I took Baby out for a walk in the woods.

It's sunny, but windy and cold. I don't think we've gotten out of the 30s yet.

Now I'm in my room with my laptop.

I have to be at work at 5:00 in the morning, so I'm chilling out where it's warm for the rest of the day.

Oh Ana good for you and the snow. Ours kinda disappeared before it got here. I can't say that I have seen a winter quite like this. Have fun skiing this weekend.

Space maybe it will all fall at Ana's and miss your place. Have a nice evening.

Joe it's cold here too and it has sat at about 10 all day. -3 for a low tonight. Enjoy a relaxing evening.

L4l hope the books are cook well now. Poor Soot having to et up so early and walk the dog. Hope and pray that the pain begins to ease soonest.

Home early today. Did some shopping with Hubby and Mama. Got her some cheeses she loves. She also wanted a certain kind of olive loaf bread, so Hubby went online, found a bakery locally that makes it, and now it's in the kitchen and she's a happy camper. Hubby's a good man.......

So. Hubby's got the coals going. We're BBQing....

Off to see what's afoot.

I have a stalker! Well not a scary one, but nonetheless, a guy has been 'asking' about me. Oh dear. My yard kid also works for him and the kid told me yesterday the guy was asking about my marital status and if 'maybe' he could fix us up. Ha. This is so funny. I have no idea who he is, but probably one of the guys who walk by my house and I say hi to when I'm out front. I always make contact with passersby. Only one I remember recently was a 93 year old. Still spry but...It could be the guy who has 'community meetings' at his house once a month with our local city rep. Maybe it's him. The kid did say something about he 'works in government' and I remember this guy coming by more than once talking about his 'government contacts'. Hummmmm. I'd love to know who he is. Maybe he's rich?

I wouldn't mind seeing some. I'm thinking we may not even burn any of that firewood we have at the rate were going.

Minus 3 is cold Nan. I just checked when I took Baby out to potty and it's 32 here now. I was outside in my bare feet. Brrrrrr!

Well, just saw a report about a town in Alaska with 178 inches of snow. That's amazing!

Lil Soot is doing much better and looks more like himself. His boo boo is looking much healthier and he hasn't needed any pain meds at all today. So, hopefully tonight he will sleep in his kennel and all night. I know I'm not going to be walking him the wee hours with the 29 degrees forecast for tonight.

Dinner is over and son will be putting kiddos to bed soon. I'm heading up to a bath and then resuming my Lil Soot vigil. Hubby said we should get him a wet suit and then we wouldn't have to worry about him chewing on his stitches.
