I have played this game before and I know other people have had the same problem, but I can't get the 3rd red cross at the Carousel area. I must know my way blindfold around the park by now, and I know it says there are 2 maps in this area but I can only find one. I face the carousel and turn right twice not once as the walkthrough says, but this is obviously not the right map but I cannot find another one in this area. I have been trying for 3 days now in odd moments and I really don't know what to do!! insane

As you say - the wt states to turn right ONCE. You will see the Ferris Wheel in the background.
Go forward and you will see the map stand then.
The one when you turn twice is not the right one as you found out.

Also remember that if you click on a wrong map at any stage, then the puzzle will reset itself, so then even if you *do* find the correct map directly afterwards, you won't see the "X". If that happens, you need to go back to the locker near the entrance, look at the first map again, and start the puzzle over from the beginning.
