Some of you may have already noticed this, but if you click on your "My Account" tab, there is now a new tab option revealed that says, "My Punch Card." This new feature is being rolled out now. It's still in the implementation process, so don't panic if you do not see the correct number of punches displayed that you have already accumulated this month - it's still being worked on but should show correctly over the next several days. I think it's great that we will be able to keep track of our punches this way as well as through email.

In addition to this, what will be happening is that as soon as you fill a punch card, you will be sent your free coupon code that you have earned immediately; there will be no waiting until the first few days of the following month. You will be receiving punch card coupon codes as soon as you have earned them. The coupon codes will still have an expiration date of 60 days after having received them.

Thanks Marian, mine has been on the top of the page for a few days now next to my name when you are logged in. I don't need to click anywhere it's just there. It's a nice new addition.

I'm glad that explains it, I just opened an e-mail letting me know I have earned a free game for the punch card purchases. I thought they were changing the date and I didn't have a chance to finish my second punch card.

I'll have to check to see if they have the ones from last month there because I still have 3 from Dec.

Nope! Must just be from January on. Good idea, instead of trying to remember which ones you used and what you have left.

Also, click on it and you are taken to a page giving you how many days you have to fill the card up and any other info on the punches to the right. You can also click on "other games you'll love" suggestions. WTG BF!

That's a good feature since I never receive the emails telling me I have a punch. But I do receive the game codes. Talked to customer service and did what they said but still doesn't work. Now I can check punches on the page. I need one more this month. I still have two or three codes. Lately all the new games are CEs or standard versions of games I played the CE of or things I'm not interested in, like time management games,

Oh I did try Scratches Director's Cut, put even at high gamma my inventory was so dark I couldn't see what was in it so I deleted the game.

Wow! I really do like this feature. My punch card is at the top of the page and correct.

Oh, and I got my felix the fish in the mail within one week of email announcement of my one year anniversary with big fish.

Wow, dealing with BFG just gets better and better every day!

I noticed the new "strange" icon at the top of the page yesterday, and realised what it was. What a neat idea.

And then today I got this "strange" email telling me I had won a free game - That confused me (it doesn't take much these days to confuse me!)and then I just read this topic, and all is revealed.

I received an email from Big Fish Games last night saying that all of the punch card updates are now complete.

I'll join everyone in applauding BFG for this outstanding new feature. What a great idea. Their customer service just keeps getting better.
