I'm having problems running Mystery Case Files: Return to Ravenhearst: it just keeps freezing, from the opening credits on.

I tried to find others that are having the same problem and am not being very successful (either that or I'm not looking in the right places). Some general directions given for freezing up give directions for Win 7 that cannot be followed; for instance, telling me to look in the game folder for a specific item that does NOT exist in that folder.

Anyhow, I thought before I wrote to them I'd unistall the game and reinstall it. So, it's uninstalled, but now I want to reinstall it and this game is in the middle of a group of games I bought at the same time. It keeps trying to reinstall the first game in the group, when I say "no, I don't want to reinstall this one", it won't let me pick the next one in line to reinstall. How do I reinstall the SECOND in a group of 5 games that I bought all at once?
I hope I've described my problem clearly.

Go into your game purchase history in your account on BigFish and select the game you wish to install.

There is only one "Install Now" button for five games. The game I'm looking to install is the second in line.

Do I have to reinstall the first game in order to get to the second game in the bunch?

I have an Install Now button next to every game in my purchase history. I do not understand why you have one for 5 games. Are you in the Purchase History on your BigFish account page or in the game manager?

I have four games that have a note, not a button, beside them that says "Install games from this order". I probably bought more than one at a time. When you click on that note, it takes you to another page. I can see two games there but only One button for both that says Install Now.

I think what you do Mary is click on that button. All the games you bought at one time will show in your Game Manager. Just pause the one that's installing if you don't want it, then hit the trash button. Do the same with any others you don't want. Anyway, that's what I just did since I didn't want to download either of those games.

This is interesting to me, as I have never bought more than one game at a time. I learn something new every day.

I am with you Marian, I purchase one at a time and all mine have an install button.

I often get more than one at a time when I am using my coupon credits because it is easier to keep my email open and go down the list of codes. When I do that I also have the install all of your order and I never thought of pausing and then deleting. I just deleted them after they were completely installed. Thanks for a new way to do it.
