Anyone else having this problem?

I just got on with no problem. Try cleaning your cookies and cache and try again.

I am using IE8.

Hi, Ana! Cannot get on through my Game Manager, either, so I can't play my games. I have Google, Hubby's computer is IE. Can't get on through either computer.

I think they may have been down for a short time, Darlene. My thumbnail of BFG in Opera Speed Dial (which renews every so often) looked awfully peculiar a while ago. Almost all black with little text on it.

It's up now, though. Try another browser, see if that does it. You could check your blocked websites in your AV program, too, in case it managed to get stuck in there. Kind of odd that it's happening on two different computers, though.

It's strange, Darlene. I take it that Big Fish is the only website where you are having this difficulty? I can move this thread over to Glitches, Bugs, and Patches if you would like. I would say this constitutes an emergency!

Woohoo, woohoo!!!!! Hubby's a hero! Did not even think of resetting our modem, as I had no problem with getting on to the Internet, or other websites. Just BigFish. Hubby said we should reset the modem just for good measure, and voila!
