Earlier this week my computer got hacked. MSN blocked it and wiped everything from my hotmail account-including all my contacts and drafts. I was trying to reset my new e mail address and password with Big Fish,but was having trouble,so I e mailed customer service and told them of my problem. I also told them that I had quite a few free game coupons which had also been wiped off my hotmail. Later the same day, I got an e mail telling me that my new address had been set, and there was also a list of all 9 of my free games. Thank you Rebecca of BFG.

I'm sorry for you troubles with the hacking, dorish!

I just want to echo the kudos for Big Fish Customer support. Verizon was having issues with their webmail and my punch card credit emails as well as a customer support email refunding a game credit were deleted. That was a total of 7 credits! Fortunately, I had downloaded and saved the punch cards at my work email, but not on the other. I just finished a live chat, and the agent looked up my previous chat session and resent me the lost refund code! That is top notch customer service in my book!

I would like to go so far as to say that BFG has the best customer service of all. I know of no other that can better it!
