I am on the scaffolding trying to get elevator to work. Adam keeps saying 'does nothing work around here' I cannot get the pipe on the tower floor as there is no blue icon.

Did you examine the pulley so that you see that the handle is missing? That should allow you then to pick up the pipe.

There is no blue icon to click on well only steps to stand on edge also no icon for coconut tree. I have picked up stones from corner of church.

Are you looking at the correct tree? This is from a post on an older thread by MaG:

See that well in front of you, there's a crumbling house or wall behind that. There is a coconut tree right behind that ruins. That's the one that you throw the stones at.

Yes I had to go back to find it when I got to the pig to poison it. I found coconut tree. Thanks

I cannot find repaired pipeline. Am in basement down from dead person and trying to open vent. All I see are doors with locks that need codes.

You are at the stairs and see the dead person.
Continue to the back of that hallway and see a door at the end.
I believe the repaired pipeline is on the wall right of that door.
