Terrific Tuesday ya'll

It's a beautiful day in AL today and I hope and plan to get the monkeys out for a peaceful perambulation of the neighborhood later.

Silly Skyman had me laughing before coffee. I noticed this morning on the way to the computer, the dog's water in the laundry room was really ickky. I took it up to clean and refill.

It's one of those 5 gallon self waterers. I washed the bottom and brought that back down. Went up and filled the tank which takes a few minutes. Then carried it back downstairs very carefully as it is heavy and I have missed my footing on those stairs more than once.

It is heavy so I do sort of a flip to get it in place. Well, I got to the dog bowl, was ready to flip in the tank and the bowl was not there

Then I looked to the end of the room where the dog door is. Yeppers, there was Sky sticking his head in from outside trying to position the bottom of the bowl just right so he could carry it outside.

I'm have a short list of to-do's today, and plan on some reading time later.

I was reading in bed last night, enjoying my book on Kindle, when oops I fell asleep and eek, the Kindle hit me right on the nose.

Joe, sorry it's time to head back to work, but your bank will thank you.

<sigh> I was almost done writing my post and I looked something up for someone and just now realized I closed my browser and lost my post. UGH!

In short, the evening was lovely, daughter did an outstanding job and made me proud.

It is 50 degrees here and I am off to the park with the dogs to get muddy.

Then I will be in the corner working on my new project. Life is good.

I'm just back from walking the eldest and the youngest and thinking of lunch but first have to research some vitamins for daughter. Then perhaps later in the day I will take the middle 2...but not promising as hip is aching and I've learned my push-through-the-pain lesson!

I took an absolutely wonderful 4 mile hike with the dogs and as we were leaving, I had the honor of getting a close-up view of the majestic Coopers Hawk having lunch. He was just beautiful.

Hello everybody.

I went over to my neighbor's when I got home and traversed up and down their creek, and found one white arrow point. The top part is broken off, but it's still a real nice point.

Here next to the one I found yesterday.

I'm wore out and ready for bed now.

Fortunately I don't work tomorrow until 1:00.

It's dark out and I think my tenant who has never been late on rent has not brought it to me. It's strange because I spoke to her twice today in the driveway and at the mailbox for a good while. I don't think she would walk up her after dark, and she always pays on the last day of each month for the 13 years I've been her Landlord. Hummmm. Wondering what happened. Not relishing going down there tomorrow if she doesn't appear early in the morning.

I hope you get your check Sorta and that she's okay. Could she have slipped it under the door?

Hi L4L. I just ordered a Kindle a couple fo days ago. I can't wait until I can start using it. Wow Ana that hawk is beautiful. Thanks for the pic. Connie I'm sorry I missed the BB pancakes you served this morning. I was gone from the diner way too early this morning. But tomorrow I have the day off so I don't have to get up early.

I'm gonna check to see what's on. I did get a chance to watch NCIS tonight as I was home early from work. Darlene did you get a chance to see it? It pulled at your heart strings for sure.
