Now our electricity is finaly stable I would like to start downloading games. I noticed on the adventure co website some of the games state the time it takes to download, I wanted to "try one" but the game I selected - Baron Wittard - doesnt say a time for downloading. Anybody know? thanks

Any downloading estimate probably depends on your connection. Are you on DSL, broadband or dialup? There can be quite a difference, even between the various speeds you get with a fast connection.

It varies everyday regardless of your service. THere are a lot of things that factor in the speed.

Hi teresa, on the occasions I've downloaded games I've found that it varies depending on the speed of your server & that of the download site.

A download for a full length AG is often separated into a number of files - for me each of one or two files has been many hours with the rest of them being much quicker & I have a fairly fast broadband connection! But once you have the links for the files you can download each one at your leisure!

I have a cable modem and pretty fast service. I can download an episode or a casual game in five minutes. Longer, large adventure games can take half an hour or a bit longer.

Every once in a while, though, downloads seem to crawl. Usually when the site I'm downloading from is in Europe. A lot depends, I guess.
