Take a couple if you like. Example: Tom --- Palmer = Tom ARNOLD Palmer -1. Anne --- Oz -2. Billy --- Gayle -3. Bob --- Thomas -4. Brian --- Carradine -5. Carl --- Carroll -6. Elizabeth --- Olsen -7.
