I have Win 7, PhysX 9.11.1111, and dl'd DirectX9c with the game. Graphics card is GeForce GT 540M.

I can get to the title page with New, Load, Save, Credits, etc, and can run the credits, but everytime I try to start a new game, I get a light blue page with white decorative title border, no cursor, and I can hear the music. I have to use Task Manager to get out.

Also did the Tages update too, BTW.

I tried an older version of PhysX, but no go. Any ideas before I cry piteously?

I recall having issues with the game after I updated the PhysX drivers. I had to uninstall them and use those included wih the game.

I don't have the hard disk, it's a dl from GG. Should I do something differently?

What is GG?

The game requires PhysX, so I assume even the downloadable version must include them. Uninstall the drivers in Add/Remove Programs and reinstall the game.

I think GG might be GamersGate

So, you're suggesting I uninstall the latest version of PhysX and re-install the game with its own drivers?
