Hi all. I have to go into work for the 5 to 8 shift. Margaret, one of the other workers had car problems and my boss called me and asked me if I'd work for her tonight. Margaret has done it for me in the past. Oh well, there goes my day off. No big deal.

Evelyne I hope you're feeling better. Ana I love Zumba. I have the tapes. I think I laughed through the whole thing when I first tried it. What fun!

Well it is still snowing and blowing. The taxi is not running, or should I say, my taxi is not running but we are out and split the $5.50 fare. Power has been on and off all day. At least I can stay in contact with my phone.

Be safe everybody who may be in the path of those nasty storms. We have about a foot of snow already and it is wet and heavy. That's more then we have had all together all winter.

Nan, that's a lot of snow! We went to a crazy windy 56 degrees to a chance of snow later. We had rain over night and lots of standing water all over.
Zumba is a latin dance/exercise class. It was a lot of fun!

Midgie, I have no room to do it here, but I definitely will go back to do it again. I like to vary my daily cardio so I don't get bored.

Wow........ I was just watching the weather channel and they have been broadcasting live from Duluth MN which is just across the St Louis River from me. The waves are really something else and the winds are off Lake Superior.

Hello everybody.

I couldn't get here this morning.

After work I threw on the big rubber boots for about an hour and a half of daylight at the creek.

Came back after finding nothing but moss covered rocks, and got my shower, ate dinner and here I am.

I cannot believe that Davy Jones died.

It makes me feel so............mortal.

Nan a foot of snow is more than we've had here in three years.

Tomorrow is Friday for me before my one day off. I'm working 8 to 5 again, so at least I don't have to close.
