Yes, your experience, Mad, is definitely representative of the way that Big Fish is willing to work with their customers. It's always disappointing to have technical problems with a game, but if you do, Customer Support always tries to make things right, one way or the other. wave

Not feeling quite so impressed now frown

The chap who was handling my case has been replaced by a lady with a different approach ....

She is seeming to suggest I could play the whole game through again from the start to see if the problem still happens woozy

Not what I fancy at all !!

You need to tell her that. I have told Customer Support before when I have had an occasional problem with a game that I didn't want to play the entire game over to see if the problem resolved itself. I would be amazed if you were not then offered a refund. wave
