About the ending...

I haven't played Guybrush, but it sounds like that would be the case. Hopefully someone that has finished will be around to offer a comment.

Yep, that's what I meant by it not being a fairytale ending.

Just finished this game yesterday. I really enjoyed it. Could be a stumper at times and I didn't think it was too HO heavy. The puzzles were good and the story was a little different than the typical. I loved the ending!

I agree with Zookeeper on this one, just finished this game and being an adventure gamer 1st, I found this game fun to play because it was on the adv. lite side, great story, spooky at times, great puzzles, some to hard for me to solve and had to click on the Skip button (then again, I am a wimp), and as for the HOs, yes there are a lot but not nearly as many as Pure HO games and not as hard to find to the point one quits playing the game out of frustration and sore eyes/headaches.
And yes I agree as to the ending lending itself to a Sequel and I really hope they do make a sequel to this great game.

I've played this game, too, and thought it was definitely OK

Just started playing the game this morning. Loving it! Good story and a great game!

I think I am the only person in the world who really doesn't like this game. I am having a hard time getting into it. Not really sure why.
