Super Saturday Ya'll wave

In the words of the immortal Mario, "I'ma back." Hubby said the problem this time was not a virus (makes me feel better) but that Windows went wonky. He's worked all week and now I've got my computer back. happydance

The kiddos left just a few minutes ago, so I think I smell some hiking in our future. I have to do some book grilling, but I can do that after we hike.

I'll still order my new computer though....can't waste all my hard research this week. lol

Daughter sent pics of my "new g'son," Vader yesterday. I think I'll go for a visit and steal him. She doesn't actually have him yet. They are gone to baseball games all this weekend, so they'll go pick him up next weekend. Hubby and I have been trying to link you guys a picture, but so far, no joy...maybe Photobucket is down.

Joe, 4:30 eek I hope you get some creek time in.

Ana, shall we send in the Marines to rescue you?

Doc, I'm with you. Let's boycott. Maybe they'll give us new bodies whistle

Cailyn, I'll take some coffee if I may.

Midgie, How is your mom? Are you off tomorrow?

Haroula, we will be able to celebrate Easter twice...once on the US date and once with you.

Connie, it's cooler here too. What are you all having for Easter dinner?

Gail, it sounds like a busy but great day is planned. Enjoy!

Quest, have a great day.

Venus, enjoy your holiday weekend off.

Nan, have a wonderful day. Do you have family coming in for tomorrow?

Aha, KISA rides to the rescue again puppy

Ana, I'm with you. I think he looks like a stuffed toy and would so love to have him but ONLY if I had a groomer on staff. I love my dogs but am not fond of the brush-the-dog-forever-and-he-is-still-shedding aspect.

The ones at the dog park get shaved a lot because people can't keep up with the grooming and they get full of burrs in the field. They also get too hot in the summer. It's funny to see them shaved. YThey do that to the Goldens also.

Yea, the heat in the summer in AL also played a part in my decision to go lab instead of newfie this last time. We are hot hot hot for more of the year than we are temperate or cold. My doggies are inside but they do have to stick their noses outside occasionally.

Hubby and I are off to enjoy our newly cooled off day. Back later wave

Gail, that's why daughter likes them...they look like teddy bears. Have fun gaming!

Night Haroula sleep Sleep well.

Nan, yes...hip displacia is or can be a problem in lots of large and giant breeds. Hopefully she won't have to deal with that but unfortunately, it's a condition that cannot be diagnosed in puppies.

I love ham. Did you enjoy some for me?

Venus, Have fun!

We had a beautiful walk. Did 4 miles and the weather was perfect. The woods are apparently full of ticks though as I found one before we got in the car to come home, and one After I changed my clothes. Good thing I'm not scared of them.

Not sure what else we will do tonight. I think we will have tacos and maybe watch some dvr'd shows so we can delete them....or perhaps a movie. confused
