Good Morning Boomers! Nice to see you MaG. Yes, Beasong, I think Oregon got it backward last night. It was very stormy inland and peaceful on the Coast! Hubby is now doing PT two days a week for the next month and travel is over 60 miles round trip so off we go.

I ran out of time this morning and had to go straight to the corner to finish my project and run to the chiropractor. I am st his office now and have a minute to say hi. I am heading to the mall afterwards and hope to find some new clothes. Life is good!

The doggies and I ventured forth for our walk. I thought it was going to be chilly as it was 60 and windy, so I dressed warmly. Oh silly me I was sooooooooo hot, but we survived. One fellow stopped his truck as he drove by to tell me that he's been seeing me walk by for the last few months and that I'm walking better.

Then home to call hubby back...and then lunch. Totally forgot I had a Sub in the fridge until After I was finished eating.

Now I have some time to do something..not sure what yet....until time for Bible Study tonight.

Exdil is mad again. She called and said the boys can't come during the week anymore and we were back to weekends. I told son not to worry...she does this from time to time and it never lasts. They just went back yesterday afternoon and are supposed to be back tomorrow before breakfast. Anyway, we have a play this weekend and I'm not changing it.

Wow.......our nice blacktopped trail is gone. It is so nice out there that I decided to head back to the old walking grounds. When we got there and parked I noticed that they had removed the blacktop and replaced it with rocks.

Now that is no fun walking on and Sassy did not like it either so we cut thru the woods and walked along the water front. Nicer there anyway.

That is just too sad cause I wouldn't want to ride my bike on those rocks so I don't know how all the other bikers like it.

Ana good luck at the mall shopping!!! Hope you can find lots of sales and things ya like!!We have made it to 66 so far!!!

I'm heading up to take a nap so I'll feel like going to Bible Study.

Went out early this AM to get mail and at end of my long driveway a tree had fallen and 2 branches were blocking the way and I had a haircut appt. later. So all the way back to house for a saw and all way back to road and sawsawsaw. Did it! How I can saw when I'm burnt up mad. Tomorrow the rest of tree will be removed and they can do some other yard work too. Only 9$ an hour. A neighbor works with homeless people through his church and he gets these contracts for them. Good deal for all.

My son bought a telescope and needs a country area where there are no city lights -just like my place. I can't wait till he comes over. Searching the planets and constellations is most exciting for me. I must read about them so I know what I'm looking at.

2 of my kets haven't come home yet and I'm worried.

It's 90 out back -summertime bring it on.

I hope you get to enjoy son's telescope. We bought one many years back but have never lived anywhere it was dark enough to enjoy it.

I'm up from my "nap attack." I survived. In a few minutes we will be off to Bible Study and then home and back to bed.

Well, the 2 kits finally came home, all grumpy and thursty and kinda hungry. It's hot today and they probably found a nice wooded place to sleep. That's OK but I tell them to bounce home ocassionaly just so I know they are alright. They don't listen.

After watching Texas chainsaw movie I don't go near them. Interesting history associated with that movie. It was a super low budget movie that blossomed moneymoney but the original authors didn't make much off it. Some scarey scenes.

Used a rusty old hand saw and very thankful I've done all those push-ups -strong arms.
Actually the tree is dead but you can't tell due to all the vines on it. Still I had to saw up over my head.

Hello everybody.

I've been to work and back.

Work went at a maddening pace as usual, and after I got home I needed to sit and nap.

Ah wuz tard.

I got up around six and went on walk-a-bout. I went down around the front pond, up the side, across the back through the woods, down the other side, and around the back pond.

All I found was heartache and misery.

It's getting hotter, and the grass and weeds are getting higher and higher.

Tomorrow is a 1:00 to 10:00 work day, so no pressure to get to bed early tonight.
