You can download Theatre of the Absurd Collector's Edition here.

Quote:
Scarlett Frost, specialist in the dark arts, has been summoned to a luxurious and remote theatre in the snowy Italian Alps. Could it be that the infamous and diabolical Hapsburg Cube has been found and purchased by the sinister theatre proprietor, Dr. Corvis? The cube is said to imprison a powerful and ancient Babylonian demon that would wreak hellish destruction if the cube should break. In a moment of desperate confusion the cube breaks and the demon bursts forth into the souls of the Dr. Corvis and his young Daughter Bethany. The ancient theatre in the lonely winter mountains becomes an arena of spiritual war, between the darkest forces of the underworld and the cunning and esoteric mind of Scarlett Frost. But Scarlett soon finds out that the only way to fight a demon this powerful is to become possessed by one herself. Only then can she acquire a ticket to the Theatre of the Absurd.

Thanks, Ana. The developer is Silverback, who also brought us Empress of the Deep: The Darkest Secret, Empress of the Deep: Song of the Blue Whale, and Secrets of the Dragon Wheel, among others. I played a few minutes of this game and it has the same high production values as these other games. I'm looking forward to playing more of it. thumbsup wave

Better late than never. Finally got around to getting this one - thanks to the BFG 50% off Game Club Credit Sale. Really enjoying it, although it's creepier than most. (Demons creep me out more than other sorts of evil characters.) HO scenes are fairly challenging. Story is interesting. I'm only about half way through and it looks like a good long game.

This was a 'gift' to myself. Just finished it. It was AWESOME ! Great sound (music not too special-to me-didn't matter). WONDERFUL Artwork/Graphics. Different story-AND good and Creepy!!! worth the $'s for the Collector. Just really, really enjoyed it. I hope this developer makes another Very Soon. I'm tell'n you - if you like creepy this is a good one and different!
