i was watching guys big bite and his 12 year old had 3 tatoos, when did they let young people drink, get tatoo, smoke, and etc.

Just today when I was out shopping a saw a young teen that had on short shorts and up one leg was the work "Damaged". Sounds like a self esteem problem going on there.
