Sounds like you have a nice situation there, Joe. thumbsup Hope work flies today.

See you when you get up, Midge.

Have a fantastic dinner, Ana. thumbsup

Have a fantastic day, niteowl.

Have a terrific day, Space Quest.

Have a great Saturday as well, Haroula.

Enjoy the day, Gerry.

Have fun at BJ's, Gail. thumbsup

Nan, I got that same message last night when I woke up after having gone to sleep and thought I might as well post on today's diner. I finally gave up and decided to wait until morning. lol Have fun shopping today. thumbsup What store are you going to?

Well, I'm off today. It was so hot here last night, you would think it was summer. It's gone down a bit today, but it's still pretty warm for this time of year. No plans yet, except for maybe some gaming time. Fiance's car is fixed. rah It was the battery again; he had to get a new one.

Okay, off to see what else is happening. Enjoy the day, everyone. spring

Woke to sunshine, wind and mid 30's temp. Hopefully things will dry out enough that I can mow my over the ankle deep grass this afternoon.

Hope it's a pleasant and productive day for every Boomie.

I couldn't get on to say good night last night either. They were doing maintenance. I slept in for a change and I have to say it felt marvelous. yay Hubby and BIL are getting ready to go golfing and I am going to take the dogs out first and get the mud out of the way. I'll probably shower with the dogs when I get home so I can clean the house.

niteowl, hope your day is better today and sis is in a better mood. yay

Space, hope you get in a fun park run.

Haroula, glad your son got to enjoy swimming the other day.

Gerry, hope your weekend is great!

Gail, any gaming in your plans? I did Costco with Peter yeterday afternoon so I got that out of the way.

Nan, I hope you get all the moving done so you can enjoy the day. I need to squeeze in a veggie run at the store too sometime today.

Venus, did he get the battery replaced for free since it was new? I hope you find something fun to do today.

Trippy, that's chilly! I hope you warm up a bit and dry out. It's so hard cutting the grass when it's so long.

Ana wave

So it's Cinco de Mayo (mexico's triumph over the French at the battle of Puebla) and so far no parties on the block. I expect tonight will be in full swing. Can hardly wait for all the music and noise.

'Something' in my yard is blooming and making my nose drip and sneeze. Dunno what yet, but I'm suspecting the Victorian Box trees. I saw ONE flower way down back in my vacant lot a few days ago. Will have to investigate tonight. The 'smell' is only after dark until early morning, so I will have to go out then to 'sniff'. In the meantime, I'm forming a strong bond with my Kleenex box. hearts

wave Howdy ho, sweet Joe! Thanks for the openers! Hope your day back to work goes exactly as you'd like it!

Good morning, sweet 'Boomies! Happy Saturday Surf and Turf!

Slept in this morning. Lovely. Awoke to a quiet house. Hubby left earlier for some rousing games of raquetball. Now, I'm sipping on a cup of Hubby's brew and reading the posts. Life is good!

Alrighty, off to see what's afoot!
