I think it's Egypt 2: The Heliopolis Prophecy.

Oops! Sorry to hold the game up! Life has been full of distractions lately, and this went out of my mind completely until now.
First clue: I'm seeing multi images- I think I might go blind! I have to toggle off this view Before I lose my mind.

I think of it more as 2D with panning, Chrissie, but I guess technically it could be considered 3D. I'll wait awhile before posting the next clue, just in case my rhyme inspires an answer.

Second clue: Roll the orb down the track And through the maze keep pace. If, like Indy, you don't run, You'll have egg on face.

That's not it, Becky. This one is much less serious.
Third clue: The big guy's dumb with lots of heart. The little one is very smart. Got that coin? Get on the bus! Missed it again? Now don't you cuss!

I rarely get stumped If I'm stuck I try not to pout This game gets me pumped But I cannot figure this one out So, considering all the facts I'll take a shot at -- Sam and Max ??
It's not the years honey, it's the mileage!

I love your answer, Sureshot, but it's not those two guys.
Fourth clue: I work on a backwater planet. My job hadn't been too tough Until my partner got kidnapped, And then it got very rough.

You got it, Chrissie. It's one of the most fun and frustrating games I've ever played. Your turn!

Thanks LadyKestrel! From the 1st clue I thought it was The Rockin' Dead where you can toggle between 3D which has multi-images (& the need to use the specs) or 2D! I've never played TSB but it was the clue about the coin for the bus that gave it away as I've been following the playthrough on AGers! Clue 1: To access the info I want I need an ID card.

Well, as I can think of SO many games to which that clue would be relevant, chrissie, I'll have to wait for more clues !!

Thanks, chrissie. I'll try to be less obtuse this time. 1. A mailbox? But the postal service hasn't been invented yet! Gil.
