Good Morning Boomies!! Went shopping yesterday and so happy that is over. Just a bit of celebration. I am ashamed that I had a terrible addiction to nicotine. I am Happy to say I am two weeks free and with God's help will never touch another of those horrible things again! Nan, hope your little Abbi heals quickly, she is a doll! Yankee, your Mr. Coffee story gave me the giggles. Ana, hubby is done with PT. It seems it did him more harm than good as his pain is more constant. We go in for a final eval on the 25th. Doc says he has two injuries, one to the two large muscles and one to the main nerve. It doesn't appear that he will be able to go back to what he loves and what pays well. He retires in six years so don't know if they will retrain .....don't know much at this time.Hang in there L4L, I hope the meds work for you. Have a great day off Midgie. Morning all. And to Lotus, so sorry about your hubby's pain. They recommended PT for my back bulging disc (pressing on nerves with extreme pain) stuff and I refused. I already knew that any extra movement just made it worse. Hope in time his pains will ease. Takes a long time unfortunately and 4 years almost later I'm still trying to 'get better'little by little. I refuse to give up. Tell your hubby I'm praying for him and for you that those nasty 'nicotine goodies' won't darken your door again.

L4l I was wondering where the third one came from. Prayers that the meds do the trick along with a lot of prayer. HUGS!

I have worked on it all day..my brain is now mush!

It's been pouring for an hour. It's the best thing I've seen in a long while.

I spent a long time at the creek today. Found nothing but a big chunk. More like a chip.

That's one big reason to be excited about the rain.

For now I'm just sitting here trying to comfort my Baby. She don't like the storms.
