after the email, they ask if the customer service person answer my question, i said yes, then letters.

Maybe you can only continue if you said no? Or it could be something in your browser that is not compatible with the code on the page.

i already sent my feedback but the letters came in a box they gave you letters, you type them in and press ok i did it twice.
