I am at the end of this game and I am trying to put the letters Entkommen in a circle...I am OK up to the last two letters but I can't put them into any circle...what is the trick to doing this?

You might have placed the letters in such an order that it isn't possible to complete the puzzle. The letters aren't necessarily placed in the order of the word.

Did you take a peek at MaG's walkthrough? Solutions are different for Junior and Senior levels, but for example this is the order for the Junior solve, steps 1 to 9:
