wave Howdy ho, sweet Joe! Thanks for the openers! Hope your Saturday in the Park is spectacularly pleasant! smile

Good morning, sweet 'Boomies!

Hubby and I slept in this morning. Then, had a phone chat with best bud. Now, I'm sitting and sipping a cup of Hubby's brew.

Off to see what's afoot!

Ana, prayers going up for Tim that all is OK.

Evening, a very busy day cleaning.
Found out a mother and daughter from here entered a Warrior Dash about a hundred miles from here. Places it somewhere in the middle of the state of Washington. This seems to be becoming a popular activity.

Joe, Fox news web site announced "The Hobbit", soon to hit the big screen. They had a link to a short trailer and it looks really good.

Off to do a little finish up house work so have a relaxing evening to all.

Ah, I thought for sure that I had posted earlier this morning. Oops, guess not! slapforehead

Oh, well, hope everyone is having a great night. grin My day was mostly uneventful. Played some of my game, practiced singing, listened to the Hassan and Graham radio show. grin

Think I'll go to bed early tonight, maybe in about an hour, as I have an early morning tomorrow. Hope everyone had a fantastic Saturday. wave

Thank you all very much for your positive thoughts and prayers. There are a lot of things I do not care for in Tim's care at the hospital but at the moment he is home sleeping. They "think" he caught a bacterial bug likely from food possibly in Chile that is causing the pain. They really didn't check for much, they just want him to come back if it doesn't go away. duh

Hubby and I spent the afternoon going from store to store narrowing down the search for the perfect mattress. We finally agreed on one and hubby did some great bartering to get the price down significantly. He's good! lol

Trippy, the company that does the WArrior Dash is based here in Chicago. They are a very unique and fun company and they have been doing the races here since 2009. They have Beach Dash's also and Urban Races. The amount of people that partake is phenomenal. We had 20,000 racers on the day I went and there were 45,000 on the weekend total. People fly in from other states to partake in various ones around the country. It's crazy fun!
I wish them luck!

be back...
