Can you help me in finding the password in the computer for Darren Hill. In the terminal I did all the things MaG suggested in her wawkthrough, I typed help, passreset, but nothing happens.

Can yoy tell me step by step what I have to do, I'm so confused

Hi, did you read the draft the secretary sent to her boss (in this case Darren Hill)? She says that his user name for the mainframe is the 1st 3 letters of his 1st name & the 1st 3 letters of his 2nd name - for you this would be DARHIL.

So go to the mainframe terminal & enter DARHIL then /PASSRESET (press enter on your keyboard) - enter DARHIL again. You should now get a message to say the password has been sent to his email address so you need to go back to the secretary's computer & login to dhill again - the message will give you the password.

Finally I got the new password which is 99PU but although I write it on the terminal, it does not login me in order to ask me for the DNA sample. It just says that is incorrect. I have try to reset it but it says that I can have only one password per hour. What I'm doing wrong?

Hi Giovanna - are you absolutely sure that you have exactly the password in the email? Also, from my experience they have tended to be in lower caps on the keyboard.

Just to double-check, once you have the password, you enter DARHIL again on the mainframe terminal & then the password then press enter on your keyboard if I'm remembering correctly! You can re-check the password by clicking on Ray's phone - memo -Antevorta then notes (from what I can remember!). Hope it works out for you!

I put the password as I have got it from the computer but I cannot get any lower caps.

It is the right one, I have double checked it.

My god this game drives me crazy.

Please don't worry about the lower caps Giovanna (it shouldn't make any difference!)

As a last resort you could try posting on the WadgetEye forum - the developers keep an eye on it & might be able to help! It would be a shame to give up (depending on how much you have been enjoying the game so far?)!

I did it, it was my fault the code was written in lower caps but i thought it was in capital. Now I'm at the lab.

Again I'm near to the edge. For the Juno blueprint I got the E06 and for Morales will I get G09.

Which number I have to put in the archive in order to get the lab blueprints.

Hi Giovanna, your blueprint is 3 numbers to the left of the will & 2 letters down. From the calibration of M20 for the will, 3 numbers to the left & 2 down makes it K17. Good luck!
