Hi smile

Do you sometimes feel you can "recognise" which person has placed the items or designed the set in a hidden object scene of a game ??

With some games I know immediately I see a scene that I will be able to find the objects fairly quickly - and yet in the very next scene of the same game I know immediately that it will be a much more difficult proposition !! lol

I put this down to it having been different people who placed the objects or designed the set, rather than it being one person who changes their style ....

Cheers.

Yes, I agree with you - you get that same feeling when you do a crossword, you just get to know their "style".

Mad, I noticed that to. I can tell when different artists make the scenes. Sometimes there is a subtle difference in the artwork, and the placement of the objects.I also wondered if there are "stock" items they use. For example, in almost evey game I play, the snails and gnomes always look the same.I just figured when developing the game, different artists are assigned certain aspects, then they put it all together for the finished product.

I also noticed this. But I thought perhaps the designer was just giving the player a break once in awhile in order to avoid frustration. grin But I think you have it right, Mad.
