Carol, is in the hospital today, at first they thought it was appendicitis but after a c scan they have ruled it out.. they found a problem with some of her lower intestine so she is going to have a colonoscopy to see if they can see anything. So a few positive thoughts her way would greatly be appreciated.
Update
Update on Carol. We just got home. She has Diverticulitis. And the spot on her liver is just some blood veins common we are told. So thank you all for your prayers and positive thoughts.
I am glad it is only Diverticulitis... as I have this and now that we know that she has it also we can treat it.

Fantastic news. Diverticulitis is so painful and often is mistaken for appendicitis. Thank goodness it's 'only' that. Whew. Mine was treated with lots of fiber and antibiotics. All clear for years now if I eat right. Hope Carol's is as easy to treat.
