Cats live into their 20's and dogs well into their teens. I can't imagine rolling out of bed in the AM and no furries to muddy up the day.

Yup auntigram, I tried my best to get identification that would help. Name and address on the 'forms (which they were hesitant to let me hold) was from Los Angeles, 2 hours from here. ID wasn't a business, NO license plate on their ratty truck, and they were really hinky.

I know they were from the creepy guy who is trying to take over all the old guy owns. Had to be. I looked into getting some sort of restraining order but the cost is awful and I'd have to have a 'court hearing' first. Not worth it. I'll just tell the next 'inquirer' that they should wait on my porch while I call the cops. That should do it.

I just hate that I'm in the middle of something that I shouldn't be. OH and I did call the Hazmat guy and he said he didn't send them, doesn't know who they are, agreed with me that they aren't who they say the are, etc. Yup. He is now alerted in case they call him (I gave them his number). I doubt they will ever do that. They were 'phishing' for info on me and the old caretaker and trying to get access to the property. Yup.

Good afternoon. I stopped in this morning but apparently forgot to submit my post.

Off to the vet for a nailtrim and then to the park to run the dogs. The they are getting a much needed bath. After that I will winterize the yard and trim my flowers and a couple trees. It looks like this is the last nice day for awhile.

A belated Hello everyone, I have been lurking briefly and them off to the busy-ness of days, . Hubby added a new uncovered porch, very small but bigger than top step would be and stairs. He is beating his leg to death trying to beat the rains. Been very dry here which is unusual. Was in the 30's the past two mornings and clear but after about ten it fogged in and warmed up some. Off I go. Happy Gaming!!

Intense work day. Now, have the house to myself for a few hours! Off to see what's afoot!

It went from a lovely sunny day to a rainy windy chilly day this afternoon, so the dogs and I walked in the rain and I cleaned up my yard in the rain. If you can't beat em, join em.

I am suffering from a severe case of ADD this evening and can't find anything that interests me for more thahn five minutes. The dogs are happy though since I have spent most of the evening grooming them. They love the attention.

Are we having fun yet?
